We offer a 30 day returns policy, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason then you must return your products within 30 days from ordering.
The buyer covers return postage if they decide to return the products.
If you receive any products that have a manufacturing fault or defect, you have up to 90 days (three months) to contact us and receive a free replacement under our warranty.
If you need a replacement within the first 30 days of ordering, all you need to do is send us a video/photo of the fault, and we will issue out a replacement without the need to send anything back to us. If the problem needs addressing, we request that the cables are sent back to us in order to investigate the issue.
After 30 days have passed, you have up to three months to claim a replacement for any manufacturing defects, and you must return any faulty products to us.
